  • In order to receive ABA services, a patient must have:

    1. A designated primary care physician (PCP). Contact your insurance provider to get a PCP assigned, if the patient does not already have one.

    2. Proof of a qualifying diagnosis by a physician, psychiatrist, or diagnostician. Contact your insurance provider for more information regarding qualifying diagnoses for ABA services.

      • Common Diagnoses Include: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disabilities

    3. A current referral for ABA, prescribed by a physician or psychiatrist.

  • We offer two ways to complete this:

  • Once we receive your referral for services and completed New Patient Intake Packet, our admin team will begin processing your request. From start to finish, we will:

    1. Coordinate with your insurance to verify eligibility for services

    2. Reach out to schedule an in-person observation and caregiver interview

    3. Write a comprehensive treatment plan, with clear goals to support your patient’s skill development and behavior reduction. This document will be sent to your insurance provider as justification for receiving ABA services.

    4. Depending on our staffing resources, we will:

      • Reach out to establish a start date and schedule of attendance

      • Place you on our waitlist, establish an anticipated start date, and stay in touch with updates to your status
